Our Terms and Conditions can be read below:

- Camping check in time is from: 12pm - 7pm
- Glamping check in time is from: 3pm - 7pm
- Camping and Glamping check out is by: 10am
- Quiet time is: 10.30pm
- Guests must be aged 18 years and over or accompanied by a responsible adult
- Our terms are set in conjunction with our Licensing Authority: HERE
-We do not offer Seasonal pitches or stays over 28 consecutive days
- Guests must adhere to the Countryside Code: HERE
- Tannenbaum offers recreational camping and recreational activities only
- On arrival guests must familiarise themselves with the emergency procedures and fire point/equipment
- Pitches and correct pitching is supervised to ensure correct spacing for fire control purposes
- Latest pitching is 7pm, please contact the site steward if you won’t make the 7pm cut off.
- One (1) car per tent can be parked at your pitch, any extra cars must be parked in the designated parking
- The site steward monitors guest behaviour on site to ensure they do not cause injury, damage or nuisance to another visitor, local resident or member of public or their belongings
- No amplified music or generators are allowed at any time
- Dogs must be kept on leads/tether or within a suitable fenced enclosure that does not exceed your pitch size, dog poo must be bagged and disposed of in the bin provided
- No day guests are to be invited to site
- No gazebos are allowed without PRIOR approval
- the 5mph speed limit must be observed at all times. Guests leaving or entering site after 10pm must leave their vehicle in the designated parking at the top of the campsite next to the exit gate
- Guests must take their rubbish from site, disposal can be arranged with the Site steward
- Fires and BBQ’s MUST be suitably placed and must not be left unattended, fires are to be kept small and within the fire pit. Only Wood purchased on site must be burned.
- Chemical toilets must be disposed of in the tank provided
- No camping guests are to enter the Glamping units at any time or join gatherings within the Glamping bays. If guests wish to view the Glamping units please ask the site steward who will happily show you inside

CANCELLATION POLICY

- A full refund will be made with 1 months notice or more
- A 50% refund will be made if the cancellation is less than 1 month but no less than 2 weeks
- No refund will be offered with 2 weeks notice or less
*All refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee*


Regular checks of the site are made by site staff to ensure the site terms and conditions are being observed, any guests who do not adhere to the terms will be asked to leave without refund.
